Guam - The first member of the Guam Air National Guard who admitted to getting housing allowance that she wasn't entitled to is scheduled to be sentenced on Tuesday. 28-year-old Shalene Crisostomo pleaded guilty to making a fraudulent claim against the United States.

Crisostomo admitted to claiming that she was paying $1,900 a month in order to get a housing allowance, but instead she was living with her parents rent-free. Crisostomo has agreed to pay back the $41,000 to the Defense Finance and Accounting Service. She is one a number of members of the Guam National Guard charged with similar crimes.

Her sentencing is scheduled for Tuesday morning in the District Court of Guam.
