Guam - Joseph Elibosang finds himself back behind bars after testing positive for controlled substances, violating the conditions of his supervised release.  In 2008 he was sentenced to 21 months behind bars for stealing plaques from the Asan Memorial.  During a court hearing, Elibosang admitted to the allegations that he's tested positive and admits to using crystal meth and marijuana with his co-workers as recently as last week.

He was committed to the bureau of prisons for 10 months and upon release will be placed on supervised release for 26 months.
