Man charged for lying to feds

Guam - A Chinese national has been indicted on charges of marriage fraud, conspiracy and making false statements. According to court documents, Jian Bing Wu was introduced to a woman by Bradley Jiblits for the purpose of entering into a civil marriage for financial reasons.  It's alleged that Wu entered into the marriage for the purpose of evading immigration laws. 

Jiblits is charged with conspiracy to commit marriage fraud for allegedly setting up the deal.  The two are scheduled to appear in court on August 29 to answer to the charges.
