Guam - The island's first Olympian to ever advance a round shared his London experience with Rotarians this morning. Although happy to be home, two-time Olympic judo athlete Ric Blas, Jr. is already psyching up to qualify for Rio 2016.

"The process would be for me to stay at the top rank in the world the top 22, so what I would have to do for the next two years," he said. "Well I would have to take care of my knee first I tore a bunch of ligaments in my left knee, so take care of my knee first but after that I got to keep up and stay in the top ranks. Just keep up there it would be a lot of competition all over the world. The way they're doing judo now is they're holding a different tournament just moving all over the world for qualification points so you wanna keep up to get a good seat."

Blas trains mostly in Korea and Japan.
