Quidachay pleads not guilty

Guam - Thomas Quidachay pled not guilty in court this morning and waived his rights to a speedy trial. The 25-year-old is accused of forcing several elementary and middle school students to watch pornographic videos, and then video taped their reactions during an after school program at the Ordot-Chalan Pago Community Center. Several pre-trial conditions remain in place such that he is not allowed to be around any minor or the alleged victims in the case. He'll be back in court on September 18 for a criminal trial setting.
