Cruz wants oversight

Guam - Vice Speaker B.J. Cruz wants an oversight hearing to be held to look into the Guam Economic Development Authority's qualifying certificate program. The vice speaker writes in the first year of the Calvo Administration $15.5 million in rebates and abatements were approved, by comparison that amount represents a sum greater than the combined total of the preceding four years under the same program.
