Man reports burglary but gets busted for drugs

Guam – A 24 year old Inarajan man is behind bars after police found several marijuana plants behind his residence. According to court documents, authorities responded to a burglary complaint at the home of Paul Eliam Ruak early Sunday morning. Officers searched the rear of the residence looking for the suspect, but instead found three large potted marijuana plants. Ruak admitted he had been growing the cannabis for four months. He was booked and confined on charges of manufacturing a scheduled I controlled substance as a first degree felony and possession of more than 1 ounce of marijuana as a petty misdemeanor.
