Accused school burglars have September trial

Guam - Four adults who are accused of burglarizing Inarajan Middle School several times will go to trial next month. Baldovino and Olympia Taisacan and Freddy Degracia appeared before Judge Anita Sukola today.  There is an outstanding warrant of arrest for a fourth co-defendant, Jonathan Taisacan, who has failed to appear for court hearings. 

The trial is scheduled to begin on September 19 as Olympia and Degracia asserted their rights to a speedy trial. The four, along with a number of minors, are accused of breaking into the school and stealing supplies and electronics on multiple occasions.
