Man accused of off-road death to plead guilty

Guam - A little over a year ago, 11-year-old Daniel Torre died after he was thrown from the back of a pickup truck. The truck he'd been riding in rolled over him in Manenggon Hills.

The man charged for his death, Ryan Pangelinan, is scheduled to appear in court this week to plead guilty to the charges. Pangelinan was charged with manslaughter and negligent homicide.

Details of the plea agreement are unknown at this time, but Pangelinan is set to change his plea to guilty on Tuesday.
