Charfauros pleads not guilty to burglary

Guam - 34-year-old Bruce Charfauros asserted his rights to a speedy trial today. He pleaded not guilty. He is accused of breaking into a Tamuning home taking jewelry and other items and allegedly threatened a resident with a gun. He was picked up at Ypao Breeze Inn where police found him trying to escape from the second floor balcony. He faces five up to 25 years in jail if convicted.  His next date with the court is August 21.
