Guam - A 25-year-old man accused of forcing several elementary and middle school students to watch pornographic videos, then video taped their reaction during an after school program was back in court today. Thomas Quidachay faces six counts of use of one's child in obscene acts after the footage was found on a computer at the Chalan Pago Community Center.

The court appointed the Public Defender to represent him in the case. He was ordered to stay away, not make any threats, harassments or assaults to the victims, as well as stay away from all minors. Quidachay was running the tutoring program back in 2009. He is also on probation for a separate case where he allegedly hit a child with a book at a Mongmong residence.

He will return to court for an arraignment on August 22.
