Guam - Governor Eddie Calvo says the Administration's desire is to ultimately have Mental Health and DISID in full government control, adding that it appears that Guam has a reputation of not being able to run things, but in this particular instance you have a federal management team and things aren't better off. Calvo said a million dollars has been put into DISID and Mental Health and we're not getting results.

"So I'm a firm believer that with the proper management and with proper direction of resources the people of Guam can do a fine job in providing these services," he stated.

Governor Calvo says he still wants local government control but wants the right federal manager to get to that point.
