Woman pleads guilty to drug conspiracy
A woman has pleaded guilty to conspiracy to distribute more than 50 grams of methamphetamine hydrochloride.

Guam - A woman has pleaded guilty to conspiracy to distribute more than 50 grams of methamphetamine hydrochloride. Deborah Arbes has agreed to cooperate with the feds and admits to assisting others in distributing large quantities of the drug Ice from 2008 until last year. According to the plea agreement, Arbes and others would distribute the drugs from narcotic dealers on Guam and the mainland. She faces a mandatory minimum of 10 years behind bars with a maximum sentence of life behind bars. She was granted release and she is scheduled to be sentence in April of next year.
