TakeCare protesting DOA, negotiators

Guam - TakeCare Insurance has issued an open letter to Government of Guam employees announcing that it has filed a protest against the actions of the Department of Administration and the health insurance negotiating team during the procurement process to select health insurance providers for GovGuam employees.

TakeCare alleges DOA and the negotiating team failed to follow Guam procurement law and acted in such a way to discriminate against the company.
