Guam - A Dededo man who allegedly lied to authorities about the whereabouts of a fugitive pleaded not guilty to concealing a material fact. Joseph Mitchell Casil has been in the custody of U.S. Marshals since he allegedly concealed the location of a fugitive who authorities were searching for at a Liguan Terrace home last month.

Casil said he didn't know the whereabouts of the wanted person but was found several hours later with the fugitive trying to leave the home.

His trial is set for October 11.
