Guam - With less than two weeks until the start of classes, the Department of Public Works' Highway Maintenance Division is set to look into the safety concerns at George Washington High School. Administrators at the Mangilao school are concerned that the road outside school gates lacks signage and speed bumps.
According to DPW deputy director Carl Dominguez, Highway Maintenance will inspect the site before the start of the classes August 20 and make necessary improvements, including repainting of the crosswalk.
