AG reviewing proposed fees
The Attorney General's Office has not completed its review of the Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse proposed fee schedule.
Guam - The Attorney General's Office has not completed its review of the Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse proposed fee schedule. The fees are expected to generate between $9 million and $12 million that could be saved from the General Fund.
Mental Health director Wilfred Aflague says the review is expected to be completed before the end of the week for submission to the governor. Vice Speaker B.J. Cruz has been asking for the fee schedule for implementation so the government can realize that savings annually.
