Man pleads not guilty for fatal Agat crash

Endy Timoti pleaded not guilty in the Superior Court of Guam this morning.

Guam - Endy Timoti pleaded not guilty in the Superior Court of Guam this morning. His blood alcohol content level was more than three times the legal limit when he was driving in Agat, hitting and killing 43-year old sailor Anna Sterling who was operating her motorcycle at the time.  He is scheduled to find out when his case goes to trial on Septemer 4th. We should note that Timoti has two prior DUI convictions and was on pre-trial release for a felony DUI case.
