Local businessman Robert Baker Junior was in court today for his arraignment hearing. He was arrested last month accused of 1st degree criminal sexual conduct.

By KUAM NewsGuam - Local businessman Robert Baker Junior was in court today for his arraignment hearing. He was arrested last month accused of 1st degree criminal sexual conduct. The victim was a minor. In court today, Baker pleaded not guilty and waived his right to a speedy trial. He will be back in court on August 29th for a criminal trial setting hearing.
