DOE investigating teacher's arrest

Reacting to the arrest of 45-year-old Okkodo High School teacher Mary Beth Nolte on child abuse and official misconduct charges, Department of Education superintendent Jon Fernandez is refraining from giving an opinion but does say he finds the report concerning.
