Prankster faces additional assault charge

Guam – Arrested back in May for allegedly hog tying a three year old because he was bored, 21 year old John Carson Lefever faces additional charges of family violence and assault after the toddler's mother told police Lefever allegedly beat her back in March. Court documents state, Lefever was in bed with the female victim when hequestioned her attitude and allegedly hit her on the right side of her face. Documents add, Lefever allegedly grabbed the woman by her hair dragging her down a flight of stairs then throwing her out the front door. She suffered a loss of hearing for a week caused by the alleged blow to her face. Lefever is also charged with child abuse because hethough it was funny to watch the toddler cry when he allegedly hog  tied him, as well as wrapped scotch tape around the minor's head and pulled it off just to mess with him.
