Arraignment this week for illegal gambling

Guam - Wai Kam Ho and Jennie Pau are scheduled to be arraigned on Monday morning on a second superceding indictment handed down against them last month. Pau and Ho along with Jimmy Sheih and William Perez are accused of running an illegal gambling operation at the former MGM Spa in Tamuning.
The four are accused of disguising their profits as rental payments and making deposits under $10,000 to evade reporting requirements. Shieh and Perez have already pleaded not guilty, while Ho and Pau will appear before the judge on the 6th.
