Guam - The Department of Mental Health's fee schedule is expected to be forwarded to the Governor's Office this upcoming week, after having been under review by the Attorney General's Office. Vice Speaker B.J. Cruz is concerned with the delay, saying it was supposed to be submitted two months ago.

According to Mental Health director Wilfred Aflague, an economic impact statement on the new fee schedule was just completed. The agency estimates that once the fees are implemented they will generate revenues of between $9 million and $12 million.
