Guam - Attorney David Lujan took the stand again today for cross-examination in an ongoing land dispute case. Lujan is suing his Umatac neighbor, Debbie Quinata, alleging she and her husband blocked access to his property and encroached on his land without ever compensating him.

Quinata filed a countersuit seeking monetary damages for the alleged emotional distress and medical problems that she claims were a direct result of Lujan's behavior.  Quinata has accused Lujan of cursing at her, calling her names, and destroying her plants. Lujan testified that he never called Quinata names and claims the two began feuding after he refused Quinata's personal advances.

Lujan's personal friend and contract personal investigator Ed Chaco was also called to the stand and testified that he helped supervise the clearing of his friend's land and claims that on one occasion the Quinata couple chased a surveyor away.

The trial resumes next week.
