$3.5M loan approved for GCC

Guam - The U.S. Department of Agriculture has approved a $3.5 million Community Facility Direct Loan for the Guam Community College. The loan will go toward renovating and hardening GCC's Foundation Building, which will house GCC's bookstore, four classrooms, a cafe, storage, and other supporting spaces.
