Guam - Troops returning from deployment already have to deal with the struggles of transitioning back into the community. To assist, legislation was introduced today that would allow military veterans to step to the front of the line for customer service requests and payments at government agencies and public corporations. Bill 494 is a measure that hopes to be part of the better customer service policy dubbed, "Move to the Front of the Line."

The bill was introduced by Senators Aline Yamashita, Mana Silva Taijeron and Sam Mabini.
