Man accused of molesting minor

Guam - 26-year-old Maycan Martin James is being held in prison on $20,000 cash bail. James is accused of sexually molesting an 11-year-old girl. Court documents state the minor awoke to James allegedly touching her backside, and then felt him digitally penetrate her.

He was booked and confined on charges of 1st and 2nd degree felony criminal sexual conduct as a 1st degree felony as well as 4th degree misdemeanor criminal sexual conduct as a misdemeanor.
