Guam - IT&E and IP&E presented the Guam Symphony Society with a $2,500 check this morning in support of its 45th season. Guam Symphony president Cliff Guzman says the money will used to reach out to the community, namely the arts to our youth.

"I think more important is this Guam Symphony doesn't just happen, there's a lot of work that goes into, we have to purchase music, we have to bring in off-island guests to support and put on these events that we do so we can get this beautiful music out to the people of Guam," Guzman said.

The Guam Symphony Society is the only symphony in the Western Pacific.
