Guam - The land dispute civil trial between Debbie Quinata and local attorney David Lujan continues in front of Superior Court Judge Elizabeth Barrett Anderson. Quinata remains on the stand undergoing cross examination as Lujan's attorney tries to prove that Quinata was encroaching on his property in Toguan.

Quinata has testified that Lujan was verbally abusive and damaged her plants and trees when he began clearing his lot next to hers. But Lujan's attorney pointed out that a portion of the Quinata home and septic tank actually sits on his property even though both were built before Lujan bought the land.

She was also questioned in length today about getting counseling due to the stress of Lujan's alleged behavior, the lawsuit, and the medical problems that resulted from the land dispute.

Lujan is suing Quinata for monetary damages for encroaching on his property without compensation. Quinata is suing Lujan for monetary damages for his alleged behavior that resulted in medical problems and damage to their property.

The trial continues on Thursday.
