Guam - 38-year old Jay Quinata was in court today, pleading not guilty. He was arrested about two weeks ago accused of sexually molesting a 12-year-old girl several times. Obscene photos of the minor including her genital area were found on his cell phone.

Quinata waived his right to speedy trial and he's next due in court on October 2. Quinata was fired from his federal job at the Department of Agriculture after he allegedly downloaded pornographic material to his computer.
