Guam - One of three defendants who were indicted on federal charges of identity theft pleaded guilty in the District Court of Guam. Tanya Lynn Manibusan pleaded guilty to aggravated identity theft admitting that she conspired with co-defendants, Lucille LeFever and Raymond Cruz, to use several stolen credit cards. Manibusan faces a mandatory minimum of two years behind bars.

She has agreed to pay $22,000 in restitution to the victims. According to news files, the three used the stolen credit cards numbers for months to pay for other people's utility bills and obtain goods from various business establishments. Manibusan was released and is scheduled to appear back in court for a status hearing on November 20.

Meanwhile LeFever and Cruz's trial has been delayed until September 5.
