Guam - Residents now have two weeks to bring forward any concerns they may have with the rules and regulations drafted by the Peace Officers Standards and Training Commission. The new policies sets the requirements for all of Guam's law enforcement personnel.
You can read them at the GCC President's Office and submit them at the college as well.
