Budget hearings resume tomorrow
Guam - Hearings continue tomorrow for GovGuam's proposed $772.5 million budget request for the next fiscal year. According to Bureau of Budget Management & Research director John Rios, it appears to be coming to a close as the Legislative Committee on Finance has gone through the budget appropriations and since reviewed the General Fund revenues and Special Fund revenues.
He said, "They requested for us to assist them in the personnel for each department, personnel operations, contractual and give them the up to date and projection to the end, this again will help them."
The budget hearings resume tomorrow at 9 in the morning at the Legislature's Public Hearing Room in Hagatna.
