By KUAM NewsGuam - With a decrease in your water bill, some changes may be ahead with your power bill and solid waste bill following tonight's Public Utilities Commission meeting. According to legal counsel Fred Horecky, commissioners will tackle its longest agenda in a while including seven Guam Power Authority matters such as its new utility services contract negotiated with the Navy, smart grid and a bi-annual adjustment for the Levelized Energy Adjustment Clause.
The PUC meanwhile will discuss whether to approve changing the solid waste tipping fees for commercial and resident rates relative to the host community premium benefit. The meeting starts at 6pm.
