Change of command ceremony this week
Another change of command ceremony will be held this week as Captain Jeff Plummer will relieve Captain Kevin Haws as commanding officer of U.S. Naval Hospital Guam.

By KUAM NewsGuam - Another change of command ceremony will be held this week as Captain Jeff Plummer will relieve Captain Kevin Haws as commanding officer of U.S. Naval Hospital Guam.
Plummer served as executive officer of Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton. Haws meanwhile will retire from the Navy after serving 34 years.
