Todu Mauleg co-owner released following arrest
Guam - Robert Leon Baker, Jr. was released to a third-party custodian today. He was being held on $100,000 cash bail following his arrest earlier this week. Baker, the co-owner of Todo Mauleg, is charged with 1st degree criminal sexual conduct.
He allegedly sexually assaulted a 13-year-old female minor he knew on numerous occasions. Baker was released to the custody of a relative.
He is scheduled to appear back in court on August 3 for a preliminary hearing.
