Guam - Public testimony was heard Tuesday regarding possible increases in solid waste fees. During last night's Public Utilities Commission meeting, federal receiver Gershman, Brickner & Bratton principal associate David Manning discussed how certain solid waste fees were determined relative to compensating the villages of Inarajan and Ordot $150,000 a year for having solid waste facilities.

A final decision on the fees along with other matters such as the Guam Power Authority's biannual Levelized Energy Adjustment Clause and the Port Authority of Guam's cranes will be discussed at the next PUC meeting set for July 30.
