Guam - The Chamorro Land Trust Commission is looking into whether a chop shop operating along Swamp Road in Dededo was situated on their property. Four people were arrested in connection to a car theft ring last Friday.

Department of Land Management director Monte Mafnas said, "I do know for a fact that none of those guys have leases...I'm going to have my due diligence and do some research work with governor, attorney general and chief of police and my board to identify what we got to do."

Mafnas added that it's not a nice thing or fun thing to do, but if it has to be done the lease will be terminated.
