Guam - Two people are undergoing evaluation for serious injuries at the Guam Memorial Hospital this morning. GFD spokesperson Lt. Ed Artero says the crash happened along route 4 near the McDonald's in Hagatna at 6:27 am. Witnesses say the driver of a Toyota pickup truck was heading down the hill towards Hagatna when he lost control of the vehicle and crashed into a concrete utility pole. It took nearly two hours for authorities to remove the truck from the scene, which wrapped around the pole. A GMH nursing supervisor confirms the two occupants, a 28 year old man and a 27 year old woman are in stable condition.
