Man arrested following fatal crash in Agat

Police arrested Endy T. Timoti, 43, Monday evening after the vehicle he was driving crashed into a motorcycle in Agat.

Guam - Police arrested Endy T. Timoti, 43, Monday evening after the vehicle he was driving crashed into a motorcycle in Agat. GPD spokesperon Sgt. Mike Aguon says Timoti was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the crash. He was heading north along route 2 near the 76 gas station when his vehicle went into the oncoming lane colliding with the motorcycle and dragging its driver. The motorcyclist is an unidentified woman in her early 40's who died shortly after arriving to Naval hospital. Timoti was booked and confined on charges of vehicular homicide, DUI, no drivers license and driving other than right side.
