Guam - Four people have been arrested in connection with a search warrant that was executed Friday morning at a home near Swamp Road in Dededo. The Guam Police Department raided the home in connection to an ongoing car theft ring.

During their raid Friday morning, agents from the Criminal Investigation Division found at least for stolen trucks and three engines that were taken out of other stolen vehicles.

Arrested today as a result of the raid were the following individuals:

38-year-old Joseph Avena (Dededo) Illegal Possession Schedule I, Criminal Facilitation, Removal of VIN Plate, Vehicle without Identification.
18-year-old Joseph A. Quintanilla (Dededo) Theft by Receiving and Conspiracy
20-year-old Joaquin L. Quintanilla (Dededo) 2 counts Theft of a Motor Vehicle, Theft by Receiving and Conspiracy
27-year-old Jermaine Q. White (Dededo) Theft of a Motor Vehicle, Guilt Established by Complicity, Criminal Facilitation, and Conspiracy

All four were booked and confined. According to acting GPD Spokesperson Sgt. Elizabeth Flickenger the arrest of 18-year-old Justin Naputi earlier this week led them to the Dededo home. Naputi was arrested on charges of theft by receiving after police found him driving a stolen pickup truck. According to court documents he bought the truck for $100.
