Guam - Last year we brought you the story on a Tamuning school that has been operating without permits. According to Guam Land Use Committee Chairperson Jay Lather, Providence International Christian Academy is slated for a GLUC hearing next week.

Lather says there was an initial delay on whether to grant the school a conditional occupancy permit because school owners had a technical flaw on their notice. PICA was slated to be on the agenda last week, but too many items pushed back their hearing yet again.

The GLUC is expected to make a final decision on July 26 at 1:30pm.
