Guam - A major twist in the arrest of Department of Corrections officer Eddy Perez, as the victim was in court today and submitted written testimony that the allegations against him are completely false. Perez is accused of having sex with the victim when she was 14, and allegedly fathered her baby.

Perez pled not guilty and asserted his right to a speedy trial. He remains behind bars on $50,000 bail pending the attorney general's review of the victim's testimony.

He is set to return to court on July 25.
