Man, 46, jailed for molesting minor girl

Guam - 46-year-old Danny Topasna Mendiola is behind bars after police learned that he allegedly sexually molesting a female minor on more than one occasion as well as threatened her. Mendiola was arrested on charges of two counts of 1st degree criminal sexual conduct, 3rd degree criminal sexual conduct, terrorizing and reckless conduct.

He was booked and confined.
