Guam - Another PXC Main Event attracts thousands to the Live showing, as hundred of thousands watch Live on TV in the Philippines, as another Filipino fighter wins a title fight from a Guam fighter!

This past Saturday, July 14, 2012, PXC 31 took place at the Ynares Sports Arena in Pasig City. Guam's Justin "The Shocker" Cruz was knocked out by the Philippines' Crisanto "The Slugger" Pitpitunge with a straight right hand to the jaw in the opening round to take Cruz's bantamweight belt. Pitpitunge (3-1) won his last three fights in PXC.

Just this past February, another Guam fighter, Jesse "Spiderman" Taitano lost his flyweight title to Philippine figher Ali Cali.

Trevin Jones looking to fight for the next Bantamweight belt

Guam fighter and Bantamweight contender Trevin Jones defeated his Filipino opponent Guzman Pia-yas. Jones easily took down his opponent and held a rear naked choke to win his bout in the opening round. After the fight, Jones announced that he should be the next to fight for the Bantamweight belt.
