Guam - The former owner of the PostNet franchise in Tamuning will no longer enter a no-contest plea to the charge of theft by deception. 61-year-old Frank George Peters was in court today.

His attorney told Superior Court Judge Vern Perez that peters will not be accepting the plea agreement, and instead wants to go to trial. Peters is accused of taking payment for thousands of parcels in 2009, but never actually sent off the items.

Judge Perez will set trial for a later date.
