Guam - Both parties rested its case in the criminal sexual conduct trial for 24-year-old Henry Cepeda Chinel today. The victim, 23-year-old Yei Chin Chi, took the stand this morning detailing how Chinel took her into the ocean at Star Sands Resort and allegedly touched her genital area multiple times.

Chinel is a former employee at the resort. Chi testified that she felt uncomfortable and scared, but did not fight with Chinel as they were in deep waters and she was unable to get back to shore on her own. About half an hour after the alleged molestation, the victim made it back to the beach and told a friend what happened.

She also said another friend in the group had the same encounter with Chinel that day. Chi reported the incident to Guam Police as well as to authorities in Taiwan.

Chinel is being charged with 3rd degree criminal sexual conduct and three counts of 4th degree criminal sexual conduct. Closing arguments begin Tuesday afternoon.
