Men plead guilty for Nana's Store robbery

Balbino Leon Guerrero pleaded guilty to Hobbs Act robbery and brandishing a firearm during a crime of violence.

Guam - Balbino Leon Guerrero pleaded guilty to Hobbs Act robbery and brandishing a firearm during a crime of violence. Leon Guerrero and his co-defendant, Dwayne San Nicolas, entered into plea agreements admitting to robbing the owner of nana's store at gun point last September.

San Nicolas' change of plea hearing was continued until July 17 when the third co-defendant, Dedrick Aguon, who allegedly was the getaway driver, is scheduled to go to trial.

Both remain in the custody of U.S. Marshals.
