Add'l charges in illegal gambling case

Guam - A second superseding indictment has been handed down against four people who are accused of running illegal gambling at the old MGM Spa in Tamuning. Jimmy Hsieh, William Perez, Wai Kam Ho and Jennie Pau face charges of conspiracy, illegal gambling business, thirty-six counts of money laundering, and four counts of structuring and criminal forfeiture.
The four are accused of running an illegal gambling business at the Tamuning business and disguising the proceeds as rental payments. They are also accused of making deposits under $10,000 to evade reporting requirements.
