Man caught with drugs at Hagatna precinct

Guam - A 35-year-old man was found in possession of the drug Ice after being picked up by Guam Police for an outstanding warrant early Wednesday morning. According to court documents, Ricky McIntosh, Jr. allegedly tried to flush the drugs down the toilet while in police custody at the Hagatna Precinct.

Police found the drugs in a small plastic baggy that dropped to the floor inside McIntosh's shirt sleeve. He was charged with possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance as a 3rd degree felony and attempted destruction of evidence. He remains behind bars on $5,000 cash bail.
